Their great reviews and the thought of a proper beef sandwich with au jus sent me twenty minutes out of my way to here. It was worth the detour! My roast beef sandwich was absolutely perfect. “If you want that classic Chicago style Italian beef, this is the place! Melt in your mouth meat, bread that soaks up the jus like a sponge and speaking of the jus, it's so good I want to get it in a gallon to dunk everything in it. The spicy giardiniera has a great bite to it and it is homemade, not from a jar. They offer delivery as well as classic pick up and you can even sit at the bar while the juices drip down your arm onto the counter as these sandwiches should be eaten. Don't sleep on this place, they're amazing!!”
