Studio One Pilates Cleveland: Cleveland Gym Guide

Studio One in Bay Village, has become my all time favorite Pilates studio! I cannot say enough amazing things about the instructors, the class options, the vibe and the absolute life changing Pilates that take place here!!!! I truly have discovered THE most amazing group of woman, and Studio One in Bay, is beyond special as they offer the best environment and workouts around!!!!!! Definitely 5 star and if you are a beginner and curious- come check out! Advanced in your Pilates journey- COME… I am challenged every day in the best way possible. Life changing for all levels and I will be a lifer, here!!!! Shout out to Grace, Ana, Bridget and Annabella for inspiring me DAILY to continue to grow and pursue my Pilates journey every day🩵🪬☑️💕 -Jenn

Love this Pilates studio. All of the instructors are welcoming and helpful - it can be really intimidating to start Pilates but the instructors instantly made me feel comfortable. The studio is beautiful and extremely well kept! Highly recommend continuing and starting your Pilates journey at Studio One!! (They’re also opening an east side location in Chagrin Falls for the east siders!!)

I took a Mat Pilates class for the first time today and it was AMAZING! Kristin the instructor was so upbeat,kind and encouraging! She made sure that everyone felt comfortable no matter what skill level they were at. It was a cabaret theme & the music was great. Very excited to take another class with Kristin! :)

This is the best Pilates studio I have ever visited. There are very different levels of classes to suit any fitness level! Personally, I’d like to shout out Grace! Her classes continue to challenge me and I want to get better! 💪

I had my first class at this Pilates studio today and absolutely loved it! The space is beautiful, clean, and has a very calming atmosphere. Sabrina, the instructor, was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel super comfortable—even as a beginner. The owners were great too, making sure everyone felt welcomed. The class was challenging in the best way and left me feeling strong, refreshed, and energized. I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a welcoming and professional Pilates experience!
