The staff at Platinum Party Bus were fantastic from start to finish! We booked them for our staff holiday celebration - a lights tour around Cleveland. They helped us figure out a new route after our planned route was no longer an option. Our chauffeur, Jerry, was amazing and kept our party going. He was friendly and professional. His number 1 rule? We booked a private party shuttle for a family birthday and couldn’t have had a better experience. Michelle, our driver, was absolutely fantastic—so helpful and patient with our elderly passengers, and impressively prepared when one of our guests wasn’t feeling well. The shuttle itself was immaculate, with ice in coolers ready to go and Bluetooth speakers for our birthday playlist.Michelle had multiple stops thoughtfully mapped out, so we could truly sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration without any stress. We were visiting from out of town, and I will 100% be calling Platinum Party Bus again if we need private transportation for a special night out. We had to make a few last minute adjustments to our booking and the communication and reservation process was seamless. Highly recommend!
