Brunswick Auto Mart Arena: Cleveland Ice Skating Rink Guide

This was a decently nice rink. It was chilly but we heard the heat was being worked on so I would think warmer when it's working. Two rinks and a really good sized parking lot. The lot does go back quite a way so you can end up walking a bit but it's not awful. There is a Sheetz right outside which is nice for if you're stuck there for a while. The concession area was okay, not awesome. Quite a few of our team parents asked for hit dogs and were told multiple times it would be a while for them and the people at the counter just kept saying "yeah, soon" but they never had any.. everything else in the rink is okay though.

My first time coming here was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and quick. It's easy to find parking. First time skating was definitely an experience I will never forget. (Plus all the laughs from falling). Definitely recommend trying this place out. I will definitely be coming back again.

You know, this place used to rock back in the day for people wanting to do open skate and hangout. A ticket for open skate used to be like $7 or so, and this included free skate rental. I believe it was even cheaper if you brought your own skates or could prove you lived in Strongsville. Now it’s $15 for open skate?? No exceptions?? That’s steep as hell. Think about it… Young teenagers who want to bring their girlfriend or boyfriend out for a fun date night don’t want to drop $30 just to kick off the night, especially before buying some food or drink. I just wish they could bring back the old arena feel, this just feels slimy and greedy. Somehow, you’re still doing the same ice skating you were 10 years ago, but now it’s more than double the price? Thats terrible. Find another rink, and let places like this keep inflating their prices until people stop going. Hope the extra $$$ is worth killing a spot for a casual night out. Im sure the owner will respond to this with some bs about how everything is more expensive now. Yeah, cause ya’ll making it that way 😂 Gonna have to start lining the ice with gold inlay

Was there for a tournament Food services were accommodating. Had a smiley face bell to ring as most staff were working in the back, preparing food items. Didn’t have my wallet and was able to use Apple Pay on my phone super convenient. Front desk employees were very polite when asked where water fountain for water bottle filling was located. Ice rink stands and facilities, all clean and accommodating. Love that you can buy sticks from a stick vending machine.

Nice place! 2 arenas. Cleveland Monsters of the AHL practice there. Nice venue for high school games too. Snack bar, air hockey tables and ample room for lockers and changing skates. Bar area "upstairs" with big-screen TV's.
