Arena 51 Laser Tag: Cleveland Laser Tag Center Guide

We went to Arena 51 to celebrate my son’s birthday. We had a group of 13 people and it was very busy. The workers there were so nice and professional that it made the experience worth it. We had adults, younger kids, and teenagers in the group and we all had a great time. Elysa did a great job explaining everything to us and she greeted us right away. She also helped me with my vest. I asked for the other employee names too bc they also were working so hard and helped us- Abraham, DJ, and Clair

This establishment is a joke. We came on a Saturday afternoon, which obviously is going to be somewhat busy. We paid for an unlimited pass for three people and kept getting told we were the next game. 90+ minutes went by and we still didn’t get to play. I asked for a refund which they gave us, but wouldn’t even bother to offer a discount for a single game even after an extreme wait and zero communication

We were here the Saturday after New Years with a group of 13. The staff here was AMAZING. I had to find out their names to write a review. There was Elysa, Claire, DJ, and Abraham. Elysa was the one at the desk and was so accommodating and sweet making sure our large group stayed together. We had a blast and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for the fun experience.

I had Abraham as our host/party coordinator. He was super attentive and helped us with everything! I had several guests reference his awesome service! Thank you yo the team for making my sons birthday party easy for me and memorable.

Just had my son's 11th birthday party here and we had an amazing time! Matt was our party host and he helped out so much. The kids loved him too! He made sure we had what we need and we understood the times of our laser tag and the time we had scheduled to eat. We will definitely return here in the future for another birthday party.
