The Rooster Cakes (they're like cheesy apple pancakes? - don't knock it until you try it!) and Eggs Benedict were amazing. Great fair prices. Nice, kind service. Easy parking (it's in a strip mall). Clean, modern, local vibe. Note: make sure you join the waitlist online WELL in advance before you show up. (You'll see it on Google here linked to Toast). I joined before leaving for the place thinking it'd go faster, and it was actually very accurate to what it displayed online (was like an hour - hour and a half on a Sunday). It's great/easy if you plan in advance, but probably minimal chance of getting a table if you don't plan in advance. Do it though. Go. It's fantastic!”
