“I ordered 20 chicken cutlets for a holiday gathering for December 20th, 2025. It was one of my two main dishes. As you can see by the photo, my chicken was burned! Who ever packed this order knew full well they were giving me chicken that should have never gone to the customer! I left it out at room temperature for a 1/2 hour and put it in the oven at 300 for 35 minutes. I couldn't even cut it or serve it. I was so upset. I called the next day. They asked for a picture. I have been in a family owned catering business for over 30 years. We also owned a restaurant. I was told by the woman that I called me back, finally, they would not refund my money because I put the chicken in the oven. I offered to bring the chicken back , but they wanted a picture. I spent almost a hundred dollars for such a lack of professionalism! Food is what they do!! In our business that would have never happened. My question to Stancato's is; would you have served that to YOUR Family? Would you have Found it acceptable to be treated like this? I DON'T THINK SO!!”
