“Hello, I previously booked a room for my mother,from Jan 30 to Feb 6. She extended her stay in person after the original checkout date. However, I have not been able to contact her for the last 24 hours and I am worried. Could you please go to her room to knock and check on her safety? Please also tell her that her daughter is looking for her. She is an Asian woman with long black hair. If you need the Trip.com booking number or her full name, I can provide that as well. I would really appreciate your assistance in checking whether she is safe. Thank you very much.”

“Would not recommend. Was hard to believe all the high reviews after my recent stay. Even though it’s only a 2 star hotel, I expected more. Overall cleanliness was not good. I don’t believe they vacuumed the floors between guests, I stepped on a small shard of broken glass. Stained pillow cases, generally furniture, bathroom, etc is pretty shoddy. Bed was less comfortable than a cot I borrowed from family to sleep on the floor. Wi-Fi was too slow for work. Only amenity we used was the gym which also had broken equipment. Only good thing is the location, but there’s a dozen other hotels within a mile or so. Do yourself a favor and stay there instead. Editing to respond: Appreciate the response. I agree my experience didn’t seem to align which is why I left a review to give customers another perspective. It’s great you’d correct these issues if asked, but would be even better if you cleaned properly up front which im sure most people would prefer.”

“First time here. Checked in here and this was the beginning of the adventure. Sage the front desk clerk she was ok but she kind didn't really welcome me, it was just straight up "Can I help you?" Nothing else. Had a reservation through Priceline she checked me in. No where did they state on Priceline that there is a mandatory $100 deposit needed and they DO charge you at the time of check-in. Ok so get the key. Headed up to the room on the 3rd floor. First room #305 door does not lock behind you. 2nd problem, people next door yapping and screaming. Called front desk, I told her that the room DOES NOT LOCK behind you, and that something needs to be done as I do not want to be held liable Sage says "Well I can't do anything about that!" but come down and we will change you out to another room. So pack up and headed back downstairs. Room # 320. Heater is inoperative. Called Sage again she says "Oh just let run for about an hour or so and it should heat up". I Let it run for 16 minutes on 84 full heat. Left side is blowing out luke warm air, on the right side its blowing out ice cold air. Called Sage again "Come on down, we'll change you out to another room". Once again, packed up and headed downstairs. All this time no apology no nothing, I have to haul my suitcase, laptop and files. Like its no big deal to her. Room # 406. huge smell of some kind of cheap perfume or cleaner when I come in, but FINALLY get a nice room with good heat and its quiet for the most part. Sage seems like a good person but she can be a little bit better in the attitude department to focus on customer concerns. Overall the hotel seems nice and the location is good. I would probably consider staying here again and would recommend.”
