“Easy access to the highways. Front desk personnel are not very helpful. Actually, they don't listen very well. Although they rooms have been renovated, there's a lot of little things that were overlooked. Like doors that stick, noisy, old air conditioning units, one of the elevators was out of order, the buttons to call the elevator don't work so you don't know if the elevator's coming the digital key doesn't work for the fitness room et cetera et cetera.”
“Honestly... Great place! A few little cosmetic things, but overall great! Beds were soft, rooms were clean and the hotel itself was in great condition! It may have been my fault but the 3 nights we stayed there was no room cleaning, not a huge deal but we did run out of toilet paper and tissues. But when we called the front desk they happily delivered! If you're in the area and need a decently priced clean and safe hotel, this is the spot!”
“I highly recommend the Hiton Garden. The staff is exceptional! Your needs are met almost before you know you have them. The hotel is modern, clean with the only negative being one of thier elevators were down. It will be my choice when I fly out of Cleveland. I'd like to call specific attention to the housekeeping staff. The director Becky has instilled in her staff the highest form of excellence. To approach their job as if their family were over for the holidays.”
