“Recently stayed for hockey tournament. Our room- as well as the rest of the team rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful- especially given the fact so many other teams stayed this weekend. The hotel also hosted several other large events. Parking was always easy to find and close when coming and going several times daily. Lots of shopping and food options close by.”

I also want to recognize the hotel manager, who was very accommodating and supportive throughout our stay. The leadership here clearly values service and empowers their staff to take care of guests the right way. That support shows and it reflects in the overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the common areas were inviting, and everything ran smoothly. But what truly sets this property apart is the people. Sam is the standout and the reason this stay was memorable. If you are considering staying at the Cleveland East Marriott, do not hesitate. “Nice hotel with beautiful, spacious suites that are great for large families. The M Suite is especially impressive if you’re able to book that option. I also recommend taking advantage of the free breakfast if available. Customer service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff were very helpful and attentive, while others seemed a little scattered. However, the lady who oversees breakfast in the M suite during the weekdays was very kind and welcoming, which made the mornings especially pleasant. There is also a nice gym, which I had a chance to visit, and an indoor pool that looked inviting, though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. There are plenty of areas throughout the property that would work well for events, conferences, and meetings, which is a big plus. Overall, a pleasant stay and a solid choice for families or groups.”
