“Two stars only because of the helpful front desk employee. First, the room we stayed in had an extremely unsafe couch. If an elderly person or someone who’s sick sat on it, they could easily fall. It actually caused my husband to fall to the floor, and it’s very difficult to get up from. I honestly don’t understand the purpose of having something like that in a guest room. Second — and this was truly frustrating — the breakfast situation. We already paid for breakfast when we made the reservation, yet we were handed a purchase list as if we needed to buy items. The options available were pre-made items that the staff simply reheats. If I have an allergy to an ingredient or just don’t like certain items, am I just expected to accept it? At every other hotel we’ve stayed at, breakfast is either freshly prepared based on your preference or offered as a varied buffet where you can choose what suits you. The breakfast here was honestly very disappointing and frustrating. That said, the front desk employee was kind and even offered to make us an egg sandwich, which we appreciated. However, our issue is with the hotel owner and the concept itself — which, frankly, feels poorly thought out and unreasonable.”

“Stayed here maybe once or twice before no issues. Reserved a room for one night. Lobby clean and friendly front desk staff. Room clean for most part. Found some hair left in sink but that was just an easy fix. I wasnt very happy about the luke warm shower especially after being in the pool. Thought maybe it would be better in the early morning but no. Called front desk again lady very pleasant said if maintenance person was there would see how they could assist. My family and I just did our hygiene and settled again for a luke warm shower and checked out way earlier than the normal 12pm. Even with that, we’d still book hopefully with better showering luck.”

“Poor customer service. Previously used hotel and the experience was great. Last night/early morning 1am on 1/15 was refused a prebooked room due to both parties not being present when this has been done in the past. Finally booked a room and the CSR took an additional 30+ minutes to get it in motion. Instead of answering questions or offering any assistance he stared blankly unreactive.. This dense fellow could definitely use some customer service training and learn to be a little more efficient when dealing with late night travelers. This is a disappointing situation”
