What Visitors Say
“People say this arena offers a variety of events, including concerts, sporting events, and graduations. They also highlight the clean facilities, comfortable seating, and friendly staff. Some reviews mention parking can be difficult.”
This venue was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a concert, and I am beyond furious about it. Do yourself a favor and read all the terrible reviews before wasting your money on this disaster. It’s honestly disgusting how poorly everything was handled. 1) Parking and getting around the city? A nightmare. No police, no traffic control—just chaos and frustration from the moment you arrive. It’s a complete mess. 2) When you finally get to the venue, you’re stuck waiting in line for nearly an hour because they use outdated security scanners from the 1980s and make you check your bags on the street. I didn’t get inside until 8 o’clock—missed the entire opening act. It’s outrageous. 3) The bathrooms? Absolutely appalling. Utterly filthy and totally inadequate for the crowd. Three out of the ten toilets in the ladies' room were overflowing or clogged—completely unusable. Wet toilet water and possibly urine everywhere, and nobody came to clean up! It was disgusting beyond words. 4) Lines for food and merchandise were completely inaccessible—just too crowded and packed to even move. The congestion made it impossible to even try. 5) The seats? Tiny and suffocating. We paid hundreds of dollars for those tickets, and what did we get? An unbearably hot auditorium, around 90 degrees, with a nauseating stench that hit you like a punch to the gut. We had to leave early because it was genuinely intolerable. It’s cruel to charge that much and then leave people to suffer in such a stifling, disgusting environment. And even Brandon Lake acknowledged how hot it was on stage, yet the venue did absolutely nothing—no airflow, no fans, no attempt to cool anyone down. It’s infuriating how little care was given to the comfort or safety of the attendees. This place is an absolute disgrace
a week agoI sat in the cheap seats for an AEW Dynamite professional wrestling program. I paid around $50 (with fees) for a ticket; the view of the action was excellent. The facilities were clean and staff weren't some bunch of jerks. Parking was $20, but the parking complex was right across the street from the venue. Civil planning at its best, hats-off Cleveland.

2 months agoShowed up at 715pm for a 8 pm concert. Still not in the building yet. Absolutely horrible service! Paid good money for these tickets and they have no clue how to get people inside the building! Very upset I’m going to miss least 30 mins of the show! Poor planning on this staff.
