I, too, could go on about how much I appreciate both Ashley and Kayla and their teaching methods but the other reviews here say it all. I'll say that if you've ever thought about giving Ashtanga Yoga a try, you should give it a try at Westside. If you've never heard of Ashtanga Yoga before, now that you have, give it a try at Westside. It really is a wonderful practice and a wonderful setting to engage in it.
4 months agoI absolutely love Westside Ashtanga! Ashley and Kayla are the most inspiring yoga teachers I’ve ever met. This practice has truly changed my life, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a kind and welcoming community. Highly recommend!
7 months agoAshley and Kayla are both unbelievably amazing teachers! Experienced, grounded and encouraging with a non-rigid approach. While the sanctity of the sequence is adhered to, there is always room for lightheartedness which makes class enjoyable and inspiring. They are kind and genuinely interested in each students progress. Truly the best! ~Brandy K.
