West Side Community House: Cleveland Association / Organization Guide

The staff are always kind and helpful, it's a great place but the carpets sure could use cleaning or replacement (maybe I'll offer some help with that next time I go there) I'm sure they would appreciate it!

The westside community center is a great place for resources, but the Employees such as Rhonda Mays & her supervisor Stephanie Smith are the worst. Stephanie Smith uses her cooperate status to mule her colleagues, I was trying to get some assistance for my lights & they gave me such a hard time, I had the give them everything but my first born! They even tried to make me give them some credentials to say that I take care of my disabled son 🤔 I told her, that's what the birth certificate was for, then, she ( Stephanie Smith) tried to go on & say this money comes from tax payers, like I don't pay taxes🤔or something, it was like she was trying to belittle me over the phone, then, she Stephanie Smith told me to email her all that information, just to have her mule, Rhonda Mays to call me & tell me to bring in ALL of that same information, then when I was there, another one of their colleagues was having a hard time, because she had to do a project in which Stephanie Smith had her to do, in which was backwards, I stopped my paperwork to assist, I think that she's a supervisor because she probably has supervisor experience, but not in public relations 😕.... She's the worst, an the communication, lack there of, plays a huge part in that office,@ the West side community center 😔....Mrs. Kim, whom I had a pleasure of working with, before here @,the West side community center was great!.... I don't think she's even there any more, they Always get rid of the good ones!

Mr. Mayo (spelling) has been a tremendous help to me and my family. I received custody of my Grandsons and he has done more for us than the county workers! He is such a good man with a heart of gold. Thanks again! Much love from the Rogalski/Cruz family!

I am semi-new to the senior group. I always enjoy seeing the staff members, they are always kind, helpful, and supportive. I enjoy eating a healthy lunch & great activities are always available to anyone who wants to participate. I am honored to be a client at the West Side Community Center 😊

The West side Community House is a great organization that offers a variety of services to all background's and ages. The staff are kind and in tune to your needs. #1 place for Seniors ass well!!
