The Water's Edge Retreat is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Kelley's Island. From the moment we arrived, Rick and Tricia made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful - spacious, clean and very comfortable. The evening baked treat along with our wonderful breakfast on the large front porch were perfect. I highly recommend this B and B - we've already booked a return stay for two nights in September.
a year agoMy husband and I stayed at this fabulous, clean bed and breakfast last weekend. Rick and Tricia were welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast that was served each day was the best meal of the day. The 5:00pm sangria and cheese was always something to look forward to. Then the evening treats were homemade and a delicious way to end the day. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to seeing you again.
4 years agoWe celebrated our wedding anniversary on Kelleys Island, choosing here to stay. The innkeepers, Tricia & Cody, are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Charles Lawrence suite, which was spacious and amazing. A separate sitting room, balcony, and fireplace make this room unique, in addition to the jacuzzi tub. We loved the daily sangria with cheese and crackers! And breakfast is freshly prepared with not-your-average dishes (the lemon ricotta pancakes!!). This is a can't miss location if you are celebrating something special on the island!
4 years agoWe had an excellent three-day stay at The Edgewater B&B on Kelly's Island, owned and operated by Rick and Tricia. Having a delicious breakfast on their front porch looking at a beautiful landscaped yard and a well nourished apple trees and herbs, along with the backdrop of Lake Erie. The views and atmosphere are stunning and breathtaking. Joe & Dani ---
a year agoMy wife and I had a wonderful stay at Water's Edge. The home and our room were stately and comfortable. Breakfast and evening snack were delicious, and Rick was forthcoming with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bikes, golf cart and kayak available onsite were very convenient. The perfect KI getaway.
