What Visitors Say
I’ve been coming here for a while and for my birthday Julie put together the most amazing night for me and my friends without even asking! She remembered my birthday!!! Since I have celiac she even had gluten free macaroons waiting instead of cake the detail was insane! I rarely write reviews but this just goes to show again the level of staff at the Ritz Carlton’s world wide! Always greeted by name and treated with respect, when I was younger growing up staying at the ritz my mom always told me how wonderful their attention to detail is so now as an adult being blessed enough to see the traditions continue has been wonderful! Customer for life
2 months agoWe were greeted by Danita, who was very polite and welcoming. She made small talk and did he job as a hostess. Our server, Laura, who was very attentive, guided us through the menu and also made sure to address my gluten restrictions. It's the small things that really speak volumes. The restaurant was pretty dead for a Saturday night. There were just two other tables besides us. We started with the truffle parmessan Brussel Sprouts, and they were delicious. I ordered the Grilled Akura Salmon. I would say that it was a solid 6. Basically, it's just a grilled piece of salmon with asparagus on a top of a saffron corn cream, which was not very flavorful. My friend got a black bean burger and she seemed to have enjoyed it. We also got a few drinks. Initially, we got the turn, which was okay. If you like a good balance of liquor to mix, I would stay away from this. The simple syrup took over the flavor. My friend initially ordered The Cle upon the servers suggestion, but it was really sour. She ended up ordering Summer Thyme in Cleveland, and she suggested that I bet the Blueberry Hill since the Turn was just subpar and I wasn't drinking it. I told her that I was fine and didn't want to send it back but ended up ordering the blueberry hill, which was really good if you like bourbon. Overall, the experience and great and the atmosphere was very nice, though people checking into the hotel did get a bit annoying.
10 months agoGreat food great service. When you first walk in they greet you and take you to your table. Once at your table they take your last name to make it more personal. The wait staff are very friendly and really know the menu. The drinks are 23 dollars for the ones that we got and they are well worth the 23 dollars. The atmosphere was really relaxing and quiet. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner but they also serve breakfast. The food was amazing. I had the tuna salad and it was good but just a lot to eat. My wife had the salmon and potatoes which were really good and cooked perfectly. Would recommend this place anytime.
2 years agoThe food was very good and super flavorful! I loved my gluten free crab bLT and the French toast was amazing. The food was very good. We are 3 meals there and everyone was happy every time. The only complaint is that it was not busy but took a very long time to get our food. The servers weee great and the atmosphere was calm and inviting.
4 years agoOur group dropped by TURN bar and kitchen and pretty much had the place to ourselves since we were early. The happy hour prices were very reasonable and the portions quite generous. Food was pretty good too! I did come back later another night, and without happy hour prices, my cocktail was $20 (so quite pricey).
