Truss Event Venue: Cleveland Event Venue Guide

We had our wedding at Truss in August of 2025, and it was the best decision! It is such a beautiful venue with the best views of Cleveland! Everything was top-notch between the food, the drinks, the service, etc! Kristy and Vince made sure everything went off without a hitch, and we are so grateful! The whole process of planning was so easy thanks to Kristy! We are still hearing from people how much they loved the wedding and the venue! Thank you so much to the entire team at Truss! Our wedding day was unforgettable, and it was thanks to you all!

Truss has hosted our annual company Christmas party for the last 2 years and without a doubt, we have not found another venue in the (downtown) Cleveland area that has come close to putting on as pristine and captivating an event as they do. Our team and their guests continue to rave about the venue, the views, and the overall atmosphere that Truss showcases each year, so I truly don't see us going elsewhere anytime soon. The staff is hardworking and courteous from start to finish. Andrea, the Corporate Event Coordinator, is stellar in absolutely every way. Her vision, attention to detail, and guidance throughout the months leading up to the event and during the event itself were invaluable. Thank you all for another great year!!

I don’t even have the words for how much we loved having our wedding at truss! From the very beginning, Kristy was absolutely amazing—so kind, so organized, and always quick to respond to every little question. She made the whole planning process feel easy and fun, and on the wedding day everything flowed perfectly because of her. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The outdoor terrace is one of the most gorgeous spaces I’ve ever seen, and our photos out there turned out incredible. Inside, the atmosphere was just as stunning, and our guests could not stop complimenting every detail. And the food… wow. People are still telling us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding—the short rib especially was out of this world. The drinks were amazing, the bar lines were quick, and every little detail felt seamless. We are truly obsessed with how everything turned out and couldn’t be happier that we chose truss. It was the most perfect place to celebrate, and I will be forever grateful for Kristy and the whole team for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Our son’s bar mitzvah at Trust in downtown Cleveland on November 1st was phenomenal, and I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a milestone event. The space is modern, stylish, and has that “wow” factor the moment you walk in, with incredible views that made the night feel truly special. Andrea, our planner at Truss, was highly detail-oriented, responsive, and creative from day one, and she gracefully handled a bunch of challenges and last-minute questions without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. On the night of the event, everything ran so smoothly that you would have thought she was just another guest enjoying the party rather than the person coordinating every moving piece behind the scenes. The flow of the evening was seamless—ceremony, speeches, food, and dancing all transitioned perfectly, and our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful the venue was and how well-run the entire event felt. The staff was professional and attentive, and the overall experience was truly top-notch from start to finish. If you’re considering Truss any major celebration in Cleveland, book it and ask for Andrea—you’ll be in excellent hands

We had our wedding at Truss in October of 2024 and it was perfect. Kristy showed us the space in August of 2023 and from that point on, she was incredibly helpful in our planning process. She was always responsive and willing to work with us to figure things out. Since we live out of town, setting up meetings and our tasting was a little bit tricky, but Kristy made it work. The week of the wedding, we stopped by to do our final walkthrough and drop off some decor items. Kristy made us feel very comfortable that everything would go smoothly on our wedding day. The whole team at Truss was amazing on our wedding day. The bartenders, wait staff, and other employees on-site were friendly, helpful, and very skilled at their jobs. Dinner was incredible, too. Thank you to the team at Truss (and especially Kristy) for making our wedding day unforgettable!
