a month agoI attended Melissa K’s all levels flow today! What a beautiful way to begin my Sunday. I have never done an official yoga class before. Melissa is a wonderful, loving instructor. I will definitely be back.
a year agovery happy to have a new studio in this neighborhood! very clean space, very pretty decor, and a personable teacher. i like that she did yoga along side us. some teachers just walk around and i have no idea what to do. class size seems limited as the room isn't very large so I recommend signing up in advance. I took "all levels yoga" and I will be coming back.
a year agoMelissa K was an amazing yoga 🧘♂️ instructor. Her all levels flow was a great way to start the day. Definitely will be going back to her yoga classes!
a year agoThis studio is one of the best I’ve been to. Location is great and the space itself is very calming. There’s a variety of class types for different interests/skill levels and the pricing is really reasonable. The classes I have taken have been exactly as described and the instructors have been great. Highly recommend!
