Soul Restoration Pilates: Cleveland Gym Guide

I had a fantastic experience in Monica’s class. Her genuine passion for teaching Pilates shines through as she consistently ensures everyone maintains proper form, especially being mindful of our backs, shoulders, etc. Her sweet motivation keeps you powering through until the end. I’m looking forward to regularly taking more of her classes because I’m confident she will help me gain more strength, flexibility and increase my range of motion.

Our group had a session recently at Soul Restoration. Our group was split between ladies that had tried Pilates before and, like myself, who hadn’t tried before. Alex was our instructor & she was fantastic! She provided modifications ava easy directions. When the hour was complete I was so surprised! The time went so fast! Definitely plan to go back!

Soul Restoration is phenomenal. Monica is the only instructor I will go to! She’s very hands on and helps with proper body positioning. Theirs 6 reformers making the class more intimate, helping with the anxiety of going to a big gym, and you receive one on one instruction! Every muscle group is worked in just 55 minutes. Speaking as a woman who dislikes the gym atmosphere, this is HEAVEN. Definitely recommend buying a class bundle.

First ever doing Pilates and I had an amazing experience! Monica was a whole vibe. I felt like I was on a beach somewhere! I’ll definitely be coming back for once a week sessions. Highly recommended!
