Seven Brothers Distilling Company: Cleveland Manufacturer Guide

What a true gem. It feels like you’re hanging out at your best friend’s backyard with your friends. They made you feel very welcome when you go into the distillery. I had a bourbon flight and I will say their personal bourbon was the best. You’ll love it here in the atmosphere is fantastic and friendly.

You never get a 2nd opportunity to make a 1st impression. Stopped in this afternoon to try their drinks…..was cordially greeted by a bartender….asked if it were first time in…..explained it was but had received a bottle of 7B spiced rum…..he said look through the menu and let him know when ready….minutes passed….and both he and the other bartender were busy….so we stood there patiently…..more minutes passed and the other bartender who was tall, dark short hair with arm tats asked if the other bartender had our order….said no, since he was on other side of the bar working on someone else’s drinks….the bartender seemed bothered and made a comment to himself…..still standing there patiently….i was a bit put off with him making me feel like the other bartended was responsible for me not being served….stood there a few more minutes not knowing if I would be served next….so my wife said let’s just go…..aswe walked out the door….the tall bartender makes a LOUD deragotory comment….i walked back in and said…..should have stayed for your great display of customer service…..he yelled something and I told him his spectacle deserved a customer review…..although I never really made it to being a “customer”. Based on his demeanor, not sure he is cut out to be a bartender……seems he might be a good bouncer…..

We were in on Saturday night and had an incredible time. The bartenders, Brittany and Nick, were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and made us the best cocktails we have ever had—the Diamond Eyes and the Baroness! I was also incredibly impressed with how professional they were when handling a difficult situation with a woman who got upset about being asked to take her dog to the patio. Brittany and Nick handled her fit with such grace and kindness, even when she was cussing at them. The staff at Seven Brothers is truly top-notch. We can't wait to come back!!

We had a delicious flight from a wonderful staff. Im so glad we decided to visit!

Very cool experience. Loved my cocktail and the aesthetic inside. Cozy yet stylish. It's a nice break from the Grand River wine tour. Surprisingly there's much more seating on the inside than the outside suggests. They also have a nice seating area out back. My husband also really loved his whiskey flight - the smoked one was his favorite
