Rocket Arena: Cleveland Arena Guide

Fantastic place to see a concert! Went there to see Bryan Adam's and the venue was perfect! It had plenty of food and drink vendors, bathrooms were clean and maintained and the staff was, for the most part, friendly. There was a couple thay acted like they had other things to do, but most were polite and smiles.

Went here with my mom to see the finals for the cavaliers. My first time there, I am a handicap had no problem. Getting around the seats are a little close, but they accommodated both my mother and I to an upgrade which was absolutely surprising. What a great place and what great people

Saw the Cleveland Monsters play the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and it was a really nice venue to watch a sporting event at. Not sure if that's influenced by the seats which were front row of upper bowl almost on center ice. The venue seems huge from the outside, but apart from when in the arena section it didn't feel that big. There was an outer part of the venue where you clear security and they check your ticket. This area opened earlier than an inner area where you access your seats. There were a few items to highlight recent events, such as the Cavaliers 2016 Championship win. The staff were really helpful, but for some reason I was directed to the very back of the arena as I was told that's where my seat was. Everything was nicely laid out and there was a large variety of food options available. The free single refill when purchasing a souvenir soda was a nice touch. The only gripe would be I went to order some food during the second intermission and for some reason they couldn't accept payment as the machines all stopped working.

I went to see Nine Inch Nails in both Detroit and Clevelend. The Cleveland show was much better. Not just because it was Trents home show but the acoustics were far better. The food at the arena was good too. I had a great time!

This was the very first time that I had ever been to rocket arena so I didn't realize that the parking ticket that I purchased was platinum and was perfect across the street from the venue! It was not overcrowded trying to get in the lines were long but it went quickly as well as the line for merchandise. I thought the drinks for a little bit pricey. But it was easy to get to our seat and everybody was helpful. I feel like the arena itself was the perfect size.
