Donna at AstroTravel Leaders is AMAZING!! We just completed our first family trip France & Italy - the first time overseas for all of us and everything went so smoothly! Donna was a wizard weaving together all the travel between cities and made everything so simple for us newbies! We have coworkers and friends that were traveling to Europe "on their own" and they did not have the same experience that we did! Donna provided so many little details and interesting facts along the way that created extra excitement for the trip! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services. She is a true gem! We had the trip of a lifetime filled with memories we will cherish for years to come!

I am speaking from all of our travel experiences with Donna from Cleveland to Africa to Russia, All over the United States, Islands etc. always on point! Thank you for making our travels so seamless! An agent from this group handled our recent company trip to Costa Rica. The agent was nice but communication was not consistent and frustrating. The travel itineraries for the group were very unprofessional and slow to be delivered. Additionally, we came in 18% over the already modified budget. All issues were blamed on providing the agent traveler information very late despite the fact that we provided everything 1 day prior to the date she had requested for the information to be provided. The resort was nice but the air options to the resort were limited and brutal. Our agent definitely over promised and under delivered on her site support at the resort. I wish we would have had a review like this one when we chose an agency so I am posting this one. Some of our group responded positively but our follow up survey showed the majority were unhappy with the service provided. I would suggest looking for a more qualified support team to avoid the same black eye we received.

We have used their services often over several years. They are professional competent and very customer service oriented. Super friendly and helpful.
