Phantom Fireworks of Montrose: Cleveland Store Guide

Visited here with my friend on Oct 19,2025, a day before diwali, not much crowded, staff was little strict but provided all the needed info, since my friend had a coupon we got a 60% off deal but had to compulsorily purchase a doll to get that deal and no public restrooms.

Great service and prices! We went in for fireworks for our gender reveal and Sierra was literally amazing! Went above and beyond to help us with planning our reveal! We live in Medina and typically go to Fireworks Planet just because it’s in town but we will be going to Phantom Fireworks from now on!!

Tons of inventory. Decent prices. Very much the market prices on everything. Tons of deals and discounts. All the people there were really cool about making sure you got the best deal around. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun time and set off some fireworks.

Thank God for coupons the price of the fireworks was not the best but much better then it could have been. This location is gotta be one of the best ones I have visited. I want to give a special shout out to one of their employees named Jim. Both times that I was up there in a matter of 2 weeks he was a great help, walked around the entire store with me helped me pick out all the goodies. He knows his stuff and his expertise was amazing and a huge help, he went as far as to actually help me unload stuff into my car and take the cart back for me. Amazing employee, hold on to him and give him a raise. Thanks a lot Jim!!!!!!!!

Considering it was last minute to buy fireworks. This store was ready !! From entering with police presence and safety in mind, this store and employees knocked it out of the park!! Sorry such late response and post, but this is why I shop here and nowhere else. The discount given, with additional coupons accepted and customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE INVOLVED !!!!
