Nice equipment and lots of free weights and machines, hot tub and steam room a nice plus. Highly convenient and staff always welcoming. I come by the Y several times a week and always enjoy a good work out or hot recovery. I would certainly recommend !!!

I am visiting from out of town, and was looking for a gym for the day as my primary gym is not a National chain yet. I visited on a Saturday. Jamal at the front desk answered the phone and let me know that day passes are 10.00. It is kind of confusing to enter the building on a Saturday as most doors are locked. However, when I finally got in Jamal and Deejay took great care of me. They had excellent customer service. The gym itself pretty much has everything you need. It seemed a bit cramped in size, but not overcrowded in people. I wish they had more lifting platforms and a yard for stretching as I definitely felt like I was hogging the platform. If I am ever in Cleveland again, I would return to this location to workout.

The facility itself is very good and they have excellent equipment. However, the hot tub, locker room, and showers don’t smell great and often look unclean. One of the front desk ladies also seems uninterested and doesn’t pay attention when we ask questions—always comes across with an attitude, which feels very unwelcoming. Great gym setup, but the cleanliness and customer service definitely need improvement.

Staff is professional, cordial and friendly. Place is clean and set up nicely. My boxing coach Jermaine Davis is great.
