Paper Moon Vineyards & Winery: Cleveland Winery Guide

I got to meet with the owner of Paper Moon Vineyards & Winery today for a pre-opening, behind the scenes opportunity to take some photos and video before the crowds showed up. Paper Moon is located south of Vermilion, Ohio on SR 60 just off the I90 freeway. We have visited here before and enjoyed their award winning wines, hard cider, and small plate fare. Did I mention their Hard Apple Cider?, because it is hands down the best hard apple cider I have ever tasted, and I have tried all the major brands. Have some ice cold on a warm day and you will thank me. They have a great indoor wine bar and seating area, as well as a huge patio where they throw open the garage doors so patrons can enjoy the outdoor feel. Today, they were setting up for a popular band that would be performing, and I was told it would be a packed house. Paper Moon is a must stop if you are visiting the Lake Erie coastal towns west of Cleveland!

Favorite winery! Love their wine, atmosphere, food and people!

We love Papermoon Winery. In the summer they have tables outside along with fire pits. The inside is beautiful with a cozy fireplace if it is cold outside. They have a variety of excellent wines and offer food as well, appetizers etc. They were on the Bunny Hop trail and we stopped in to get our ceramic egg and enjoy the wine and atmosphere. In the summer, they host various bands/music and it's beautiful to spend an evening sipping on delicious wine, listening to the music. They are located in a wooded area that is open with plenty of parking spaces. We often see people with campers here too.

Just wanted to share my experience going out to Paper Moon today first and foremost, thank you to the people that took care of me was down to earth, very genuine and the food was excellent actually got a plate to go for home as well. I did get something off the menu but they were not offering earlier but they did it for me anyways so thank you very much to everyone there. Will definitely be back for myself and to bring my clients that way. Thanks again and will see you soon

Relaxing Great music from local bands A band called Summer of 65 played last night. Indoor, outdoor, bring your own seating options They participate in the mobile home winery tour as far as coach parking overnight. Crowd spans all age groups and is friendly. Dancing and food available. Many types of wine available. Limited beer selection and no on tap beers. Route 60 ( Main Street to downtown vermillion)exit off route 2 west. The winery driveway is literally at the end of the exit ramp, on the right, if you were west bound when you exited Rt 2
