Nightmare Cleveland Haunted House: Cleveland Event Venue Guide

Went here with the family for my husband's birthday. Cayla was our server, she was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, service was top notch! They sang and danced for his birthday. Got a picture with his favorite Michael Myers. Definitely recommend this place if you love horror as much as we do.

If you like BioShock and Resident Evil I highly recommend this haunt. The progression was smooth, we only ran into another group intentionally to pace. The props and detail in each room felt like art and was a really immersive experience. We got a touch pass and we're not disappointed at all with the jump scares 10/10 recommend

First timer for me this evening and this place totally rocks! I was only just a few steps inside the haunt when an actor scared the living daylights out of me haha. The set design is top notch and the timing of the actors was perfect. I also appreciate the spacing between groups. Not too many people going in all together so everyone had equal opportunity to get spooked. I definitely will be going back and can’t recommend this haunt enough!

Nightmare Cleveland’s Bioteck experiments will leave you feeling invigorated and hungry for more!” Located below a Value City Furniture store on the outskirts of Cleveland, Nightmare Cleveland might look unassuming from the outside, but step inside and you’re dropped into the dark, demented world of Bioteck Industries. This medical research facility has gone horribly wrong — and from the first scene to the last, you’re immersed in a story of twisted experiments, crazed doctors, and mutant creations. Consistency, intensity, and atmosphere all shine, making this one of Ohio’s most impressive haunts.

What a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased timed-entry tickets, expecting to follow a schedule, but the event's operation was a complete disaster. After scanning our tickets, we were told there was an estimated one-hour wait—which made no sense for a timed slot. Fast-forward two hours later, and we were still standing in line! It's clear the timed tickets are meaningless, and the crowd management is nonexistent. If we had known the reality of the wait times, we absolutely would have purchased the fast passes. Beyond the intolerable delay, the waiting area itself was abysmal. We were packed together with no access to restrooms, refreshments, or heating. Once you commit to the line, you are essentially trapped. The entire ordeal felt like being "packed into a slaughter house pig pen." The truly nightmarish crowd control led to us giving up and leaving. I would not recommend this event.
