Beautiful waterfall, not much else to see. There is a small parking lot once you pull in and a road closed sign to a larger parking area further down. We walked down to take pics of the falls and the iron works and then walked back up to a small observation deck. Nice little stop.
9 months agoIts such a beautiful place to visit. The waterfall is beautiful and it's accessible but there is alot of steps to take. Nature is beautiful and all the different species of animals and insects.
6 months agoBeautiful waterfall. There is no way to actually get down in front of the falls that I saw. Or that is easy. There is a better viewing spot down the road on the other side of the parking lot from the stairs though.
8 months agoThis place is a bit difficult to find, I couldn't figure out how to get to the bottom of the falls and the observation deck only goes half way down. Plus, and it may have just been the day or time of the year that I visited, but there was a rather offensive smell coming from the falls that motivated me to not linger at this site.
6 months agoA lovely spot - great viewing area of Cataract Falls, lots beautifully crafted ironwork, labeled trees, millstones, stones with messages honoring planet earth and more. If you enjoy trains, one goes by quite often adding to the sounds of the outdoor environment. A lovely spot!
