Great place to take your kids to run off some energy. They do specials on Tuesday- we have always went early so hasn’t been crowded. Would be nice if they had some more snack options during week.

We attended for a birthday party today, and one staff member- Omar, was such a delight. He kept the kids safe while they still had a great time. My son made sure to say goodbye to him when we left. He was fun, polite, and overall such a nice person. Thanks Omar!

Excellent party experience for my 6 year old daughter. We come here often and she loves it so we decided to throw her party here. The staff and the Assistant Manager were AWESOME. The kids had a great time and the experience was great.

This was the worst experience here. I came at 6:30 on a Wednesday. Complete laziness. There was only my self and my 2 kids. Worker was sitting on counter whole time. Very unproductive and lazy. I will never come here again.

Don’t come here for the New Years balloon drop * Normally, we enjoy this location. It’s never really busy and the staff aren’t overbearing. But today was truly a horrible experience. Where are the adult supervisors to help these young teens run the place? Who’s ensuring these events are planned and executed? No management in sight! Balloon drop starts at 12. The teens attempt to put a net of 15 balloons up (not enough for the amount of kids there by a landslide) at 11:30. They didn’t know how to use the ladder which led to parents trying to help them. Saddest part is, there were at least 4 more large packs of balloons laying on the counter meaning they most likely only blew up a single pack for more than 40 kids. They pulled the string on the net and it didn’t open - they ripped it down and let the older kids tear into it and pop the balloons. People were getting trampled, younger kids/toddlers were crying over not getting a balloon and kids were getting hurt from the net being used for tug-o-war. A parent had to step in and take it up to the front just to get the kids to stop - no staff intervention whatsoever. I feel bad for these young kids (I don’t even think any of them are over 16) trying to operate a business by themselves especially during an event. Management really needs to do better. After spending $50 for 3 kids to jump & see the balloons drop, it was a waste of time and money.
