D&R PLAYLAND: Cleveland Indoor Playground Guide

Great place for so ages of kids. There is a room for 4 years old and younger. Then there is a larger area. All the kids were having a good time!

We decided to come here on a whim as we had the day off and wanted something to do for the kids. It did not disappoint. Plenty of activities, climbing, toys, ball pits, etc., for them to enjoy. We also got our exercise in and was better than any gym membership. Will come back!

Our visit to D&R Playground was awful from start to finish. The entire setup makes no sense—you literally have to walk through the playground to get to the party room, which is chaotic and unsafe. My foot even got run over by an adult on a trike. When we finally got to the room, it was filthy, 4 parties worth of balloons left in the room, trash on the floor, crumbs and glitter all over. We weren’t let in on time, the floor was sticky and clearly not mopped. If you’re going to make people take off their shoes to be in your facility this is the least you could do. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly between parties. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, and the pizza is just a Marco’s pizza that arrived 1.5 hours after the party started throwing off our whole schedule. Overall, it felt disorganized, dirty, and unprofessional. I would never recommend hosting a party here.

Kids had a great time here. I was super appreciative that there was no time cap-- even though we went on a weekend when the admission was higher, we stayed for HOURS so it was definitely worth the cost. There was so many different activity areas for the kids to explore, climb, slide, etc. And so many ball pits! There was also a toddler only area, which was really nice because there were some bigger kids running around as well. I will also note (although we weren't there for a party), there were 3 different party rooms available, so I'm sure that makes for a much bigger availability in scheduling. My kids are already asking when we're going back.

I had visitors from out of town, a 1 year old and a 7year old. It was the best place ever to take them. We enjoyed every section, especially the slides. The prices are reasonable and there is no time limit. I would definitely go back.
