Pleasantly surprised by how much I’ve enjoyed coming to this studio. The instructors are great and they take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable/ doing all the moves correctly. It’s a challenging workout but in the best ways in a great studio. It is stunning in there and I’m super glad they opened in Lakewood!! Can’t wait to take more classes in the future.
2 months agoI’ve had 3 classes so far at the Westlake studio . The instructors are very good and the workout is excellent for your core and not only. I have been doing different workouts but I really enjoy Pilates since although strenuous , it’s easy on the joints.
3 weeks agoI have done a variety of workouts but working out at CORE cle makes me more sore than all of them! It’s a great full body workout with extra emphasis on core. All of the instructors are friendly and super welcoming! This was my first time doing Pilates on a machine and they were so nice and accommodating.
5 months agoI am 10 months postpartum and CORE CLE is exactly what I have been looking for to help me get back to myself. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Grace and Jean are awesome. I look forward to the next class everytime! Don’t hesitate on trying this place!
a month agoI’m a few classes in- it’s challenging but in the right ways. Each teacher I’ve had has been great- love the owner as well. I’m getting more familiar with the cues/pace/equipment with each class and I’m feeling stronger after each class! Highly recommend!
