What Visitors Say
“People say this shopping center offers a wide variety of stores and a decent food court. They also highlight the clean and safe atmosphere, and the convenient parking. Other reviews mention the mall can be busy.”
One of the few surviving malls and I love it. Great stores to shop at. Some big names like Saks, Express and my favorite Bath & Body works. Also A lot of local shops too like Akira where you can find some one of a kind pieces to add to your collection. Great food court and spacious plenty of parking and a great way to spend some quality time with friends and loved ones shopping around. Highly recommend if you haven't been. Also the area has great restaurants to dine at as well.
a month agoOdd set up for a mall. I like the second story but there are some weird spots to get to 3rd and negative 1st floor. Food court is nice. Thier weird set up is its sort of multiple diamonds that creat a wide and then narrow space. The narrow space inevitably get occupied by a group that has decided they will camp here and make everyone else shift elsewhere. They are better about hiding empty store fronts. Some look just like a wall until you notice a door and missing sign logo. Neat local artist store and Lego store. Fancy candy store. A Korean pop culture store and a popculture, TikTok trend store. There's the normal mall stores and of course higher end stores and higher end department store. I dont know why some fountains dont work. And why dome look like they are missing a display. PokerStops and pikmen for the vr phone players.
2 weeks agoMy favorite mall in the local area. I just wish more people would visit our malls. They have a great food court, and a wide variety of stores. But I guess it is now increasingly difficult to compete with online shopping…
3 months agothis review is strictly for the latte factory i’ve been going there. constantly for a while now never had any complaints. until today i had a free drink reward i got the same drink. i always get a strawberry matcha with 3 pumps of vanilla. i told the manager this when i went in for my drink. however he was more so worried about my drink being free than active listening. i immediately get my drink go back to my job. i taste my drink and it taste different. i went down there to ask a simple question. after i got my answer, i proceeded to ask more questions. at this point i just want to understand how my drink was made. it ended up with a whole argument. the staff 2 females and the male manager who was there. tried to gaslight me into thinking i never said i wanted my drink with vanilla. as i stated before the manager was more so focused on the fact that my drink was free. instead of actively listening to how i wanted my drink made. on top of the fact i was on a phone call when i placed the order. as well as when i went back to talk about my drink. even the person on my phone call said they heard me say 3 pumps of vanilla. so to be treated as if i just went in there to cause a scene. when in reality the fault was on the manager. is extremely beyond me and it was very unnecessary. i didn’t come in with no attitude, i was very respectful. when inquiring about how my my drink was made. so for them to take it this far and i wasn’t even mad about the mix up to begin with. i am very much not pleased and from here on out they will not get my business!
3 weeks agoVery nice mall. It is not the largest mall but it does have a good amount of store options. Sometimes the mall does not always feel the safest to walk around, and it can be sketchy walking to your car if it’s dark out.
