“Not sure what was going on tonight but I had TERRIBLE service! This was my first time at this location, came on a solo date and arrived at 10p. When I sat down I ordered all of my food at once, appetizer, drink, and food. The waitress took my order and then 10 mins later she came by and asked if I wanted bread … strange because I thought that was standard for every table …. She seemed like she was juggling 10 tables at once because she didn’t check in on me. They brought my drink out and then 10-12 mins later brought my meal out …. No appetizer, no bread, no salad that I ordered and asked to be brought out before my meal. She said she would check on my other items. I sat waiting for 10 mins and didn’t touch my food because I wanted plastic silverware and I finally got her attention but she must’ve forgot because I had to ask a second time. I cut into my steak and it was medium, I asked for medium well. She apologized and said she would have it taken it and the remade … it took another 15 mins and then my appetizer showed up at the table , although I told her I wanted everything boxed up because I was ready to leave. Another 10-15 mins went by and she came back with the rest of my food, still no bread and my steak was not remade, just put back on the grill and the Parmesan crust is burnt now …. She said the steak would be taken off and then when I inquired about it she said “I can see if something can be taken off” …. The manager stopped by and apologized and gave me a card for a free appetizer…. Still no bread. All in all, not sure if they were having an off night because there were 2 other tables who also complained …. Oh, they did take off some money but $8 compared to my experience and what I paid just didn’t seem justifiable…. Either way, I won’t be back ….”
