A little too salty. Fried egg is perfect. Hash it self is gorgeous but needs tuning. Pork belly is too hard, feels cooked day prior to more of an incomplete chicharone. Full grain mustard and the kraut in the dish are nice. Flavor and texture overall just ok. Nobody has come to see if I need more coffee. My server seems to prefer talking and socializing. Wish I had gone to a reliable diner. This could be a great place, but they need to focus on details and service in addition to menu and vibe. Locals rave nonetheless.”
