Spitzer House Bed and Breakfast: Cleveland Hotel Guide

“I've been to this charming B&B many times (in all different rooms) when I'm in the area, but never over the Christmas holidays, until now. It's high time I wrote this long-overdue review. It is always a lovely experience and Hayley, the proprietor, does a wonderful job of opening up this welcoming home to all who enter. Her breakfasts are very good, and I have overheard her graciously accommodating the occasional customer with special requests, even the unusual ones. The place is immaculate. Go ahead and look for ickiness - you won't find it here. The decor is appropriate, with no dust-catching clutter (looking at you, fake plants!). The whole vibe of the B&B feels classy to me. In the parlor, current family collections and momentos, historic Medina photographs and articles of interest provide informative - and eclectic - appreciation. And all this coupled with a fully lit and decorated Christmas tree was so delightfully nostalgic. In fact, the whole of Medina (Square) is delightful to peruse (Root Candle, too, down the street). It's an easy little town and B&B to love and Spitzer House remains my go-to on my way to points East. It's a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone for whom cleanliness, customer service and charm are priorities. AF in Kansas City”

“This is one of the most beautiful B&B's I've stayed in. My fiance and I stayed in Lilian's room and it was so cozy and comfortable. There is coffee, tea and water available at all times for the guests which is SO nice. And the breakfast, oh my gosh... absolutely incredible. We had homemade yogurt, blueberry muffins and a quiche that were all out of this world. It was so nice having breakfast with the other guests at the inn and learning where everyone was from and hearing their stories. Such a great experience. Hayley truly has done such a wonderful job and really has outdone herself with this inn! We will definitely be staying again the next time we're in Medina. ☺️”
