“I've never cancelled a reservation, but this was BAD. Checked in and our first room smelt like someone was smoking in the bathroom. Not the worst, I understand it happens. But I have 2 young ones and couldn't do it. Went to the office to switch rooms and the gentlemen was very nice and gave us an "upgrade". Went into the new room and it was beyond dirty. Floor was sticky. Soap dispensers both had mud on them. Just gross overall. Couldn't stay. I really have no idea how this hotel has such good reviews on hotels.com and trip advisor. Budget friendly, sure, but spend the extra money and stay at one of the multiple other hotels close by.”
