“My room was sub-par, e.g. non -working light fixture, sink drain stopper broken in the closed position, drawer handles loose, one wouldn't fully close, no pillow cases on some pillows, no free breakfast as advertised, no shower grab bars or soap trays, shampoo and conditioner bottles half full (gross), cable TV channels mis-labeled. On the plus side, the room heater worked! 😂”
