“This place was not helpful AT ALL to my wife and her mother while they are up at the Cleveland Clinic for my wife's uncle's cancer surgery/treatment. They didn't have a room reserved for them, and when they addressed them about it, they wouldn't say anything to them other then "There's nothing we can do." You're suppose to be there to be helpful to people who are dealing with very high stressful situations and instead, you act like you could not care less. Nice "hospitality!"”
“We were there in 2018-19 . My husband needed 33 radiation treatments for thyroid cancer and we lived 3.5 hours away. We were very Blessed to be able to stay at such an inviting, accommodating and Beautiful place! No need for TV's in the room. Visit with others in the dining room. Share experiences, stories, ideas and hope! We have made many friends. Although my husband has done well, his cancer cells have metastasized and needs 15 more treatments. Once again, we are blessed to be able to enjoy Hope Lodge. We are on our way now.”
“Our stay was fabulous! Such camaraderie among guests and staff was very welcoming. A pleasant and worry free experience while undergoing stressful cancer treatments. Thank you American Cancer Society and especially Hope Lodge!!!”
