“This hotel is conveniently located very close to the Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle to/from the Clinic is very appreciated. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the hotel is strongly perfumed with air fresheners which are very prevalent in the common areas, including the elevators. If you have any type of fragrance sensitivity or if you care about your health, this hotel is not the best choice. We had to limit our time in the commons areas due to this. It caused us to cough, wheeze and become congested. Yes - fragrances are harmful to health and have been linked to longterm issues like cancer, reproductive harm, hormone disruption and asthma. They contain chemicals such as phthalates and VOCs. Please, Holiday Inn, do better and protect the health of your customers.”
“Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Front desk and valet employees were friendly and accommodating. On site restaraunt and cafe served us a wonderful dinner, breakfast and mocha! Shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic was icing on the cake! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!”
“Stayed here while preparing to have bariatric surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Also Stayed here 3yrs ago when getting my liver transplant at the Cleveland Clinic! Both stays were great!!!! Rooms are always clean, large and comfortable and the staff are always very polite and accommodating!!!! The Cleveland Clinic main hospital is only .20mi away!! There are shuttles that run every 10 to 15mins from the front door of the hotel to the front door of the hospital!! You can use Valet parking, the hospital parking garage or if you're lucky there are 3 Handicap spaces and a few parking spaces on the side road next to the hotel!! That allows you to utilize the door to door shuttle service for your transportation needs which is a tremendous weight off your shoulders!!!! Overall our experience here has been nothing less than perfect!!!! We will always stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic when visiting the Cleveland Clinic!!!!”
