“I’ve stayed at this location a few times when I’m in Ohio with friends. Love the location. But the last time I stayed, I was a bit disappointed on the housekeeping. Our room was very clean when we checked in. The housekeeper that serviced our room I believe her name was Pam did amazing with our stay over service. But what disappointed me was the conversation that was held in the hallway with I assumed her manager, she had a purple board in her hand. The manager’s tone was very condescending and to be honest just plain rude. I didn’t appreciate how she spoke with staff. Whoever she was, should not be in leadership. It’s no wonder why I see different housekeepers every time I visit. Who would want to work under someone like that. But overall I love the hotel. Great food, front desk staff are amazing. Just that one bad apple in housekeeping”

“The staff was amazing. I had to stay here for a month due to a pipe burst issue. everyone was so friendly and made me feel at home! Rooms were cleaned well too!”

“I love the location of this hotel on the highway near our family we visit for special occasions. I’ve been staying here for years and was impressed at one point when it was renovated but have come to find they are not keeping up with those changes. Wear is clearly showing in the furniture. The pillows on the bed were barely throw pillows. Service also leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived, it was a bit late, but not too late, and we had already checked in so we didn’t need to see anyone which I appreciate, but we did find the only staff on duty sitting with someone on the couches. We were barely greeted and had we needed something we’d have to guess who to ask. We also stayed four nights and never received housekeeping. I have to say I am also concerned about security. There’s nothing stopping someone who is not staying there from accessing the rooms after hours. With the desk often unstaffed someone could walk in the lobby, straight to an elevator, do some damage or cause harm all before someone on staff even noticed or they could do anything to deter them.”
