“Really enjoyed my stay here! I was in town to take an exam, and Erica at the front desk was so kind and very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The location was excellent and was easy to find. Highly recommend!”
“The staff was friendly. The hotel is very old and definitely needs updated. The shower door doesn't stay closed and the toilet seat needed tightened. We almost slid off every time we used it. The sink didn't drain well. We spent the whole first night sweating because the AC control was hidden behind a lamp and we were unable to find it without completely moving the lamp. Breakfast was lacking. Not many options. Location is great but I would pick a different hotel next time.”
“My sister and I spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful stay! Starting with Derek at the front desk who was so very pleasant and helpful (he gave us a list of near by restaurants that was very helpful). Our rooms were very clean, bathroom was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We had a refrigerator for snacks and left overs and a single serve coffee pot. Their free breakfast was delicious and the attendant Carol was very sweet and helpful. She was a pleasure to chat with and offered any help we needed every morning. I am a patient of the Cleveland Clinic and will definitely stay here again!!!”
