“Hi, Couple of things about this motel and wanted to share the experiences about this motel. 1) Train the employees properly and assign the rooms as per the reservation and requested by customers… 2) washrooms are not clean and as soon as we enter room there’s stinky smell same with the fridge! 3) we found bugs on the bed. Rather killing it and I don’t want make mess in bed I had to hold it with tissue. 4) Towel are not clean we see lot of hairs sticking around. Assuming laundry is not done properly. Please rectify the issues and try to provide a good service to the customers.”
“The fold out bed was disgusting and when we showed Them they didn't even care to move us to a different room or even get my children a different bed. We sprayed it n with alcohol and flipped it over All they Said was they don't have any it was obvious they don't care. And the hallway smell bad as well I would not recommend this Hotel just for the simple fact of the BED!!!!”
“I enjoyed my room. Everything worked well. The young man up front who checked me in was very polite and helpful. Room could sure use an update/refresh. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS!! They literally give you two dinky pillows. WiFi absolutely sucked. Terrible for streaming apps. I had a corner room 202. But couldn’t even open my windows because there were no screens. Housekeeping needs a refresher on how to service a room. My room had facial hair all over the sink and the towels and all over the toilet and shower. I cleaned those up myself. People who stay there are constantly smoking marijuana outside. Gross and don’t like smelling it. I got the room for $55 a nite. Can’t complain about the pricing and promotions. I don’t like how I have to take my dirty linens and give them to the front desk. If guests stay there regardless of the days spent they shouldn’t have to pay extra to have housekeeping tidy up the room. Side doors didn’t accept key cards. Most of the time the fire doors didn’t latch which was fine since the key cards didn’t work. Overall mediocre stay but for a good value. Would I stay there again?? Maybe if they actually listen to what guests are saying on Google reviews. I find it funny when businesses respond to customers but don’t take any action. Most of the comments that people post haven’t been resolved. Where it’s located it’s across from Great Northern Mall and so many ethnic eateries. So the location is great. Definitely a quiet area of country club drive.”
