“My girlfriend and I got a room here about a week ago and it was just over 100$ for the night. After we checked in, we looked in the drawers next to the bed to find a bloody needle and a bloody cooker from the last people to rent the room. When we talked to the front desk they promised a refund on our money but when we asked about it in the morning we were told we had to call and talk to the manager, but that was not the agreement we had come to understand the night before. The room was filthy and our new room wasn't much better. We also got attitude from the guy at the desk because we took to long to come down and get a new room and show him the pictures because we had to repack all of our things because we were about to shower. Zero stars would've been better”

“My business partner and I stayed in adjacent rooms on the 2nd floor June 23 to July 1st! We were pleasantly greeted by the evening front desk person--a wonderful young man!! Our stay was extremely satisfying!! One note: the excellent location and surrounding amenities behooves your management team to continue to build on these neighborhood attributes! There is GREAT potential upside to this location! Hotel Management do you hear the heartfelt messages from other guests and me? This has potential to be a flagship location!!!”

“Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late an there was a lady working front counter who was struggling a bit to check me in . Turns out she was new and was helped by the other gentleman that was at the desk. Everyone starts somewhere. The guy at the counter told me to enjoy my stay and there was a continental breafast in the lobby in the morning and gave me the hours i think it was something like 6-9 .Got to my room . Overall not a bad looking room for the price..as I started to settle before leaving to grab a bite to eat.i went to open the blinds which were roll up blinds and as soon as I let go of the hain it would come right back down so I tied it to the wire rack shelf beside it and opens the second roll up. And it stayed up. Did a quick check around and found paper of some sort in the bathtub some room cards onto.of the cupboards. Some id on a shelf in kitchenette and what looked like a bar of soap or something on the top shelf of the kitchenette cupboard that was stuck to the shelf with some sort of spilled brown liquid. . Sat on the bed with was very firm . Thought it would be too hard but surprisingly I was comfortable and slept well. When I went down to go out for some food I stopped by the desk and showed him the photos he was shocked looking and did offer to change my room . I was tired and the issues were not going to affect my stay. So I just told him it was more for his knowledge and I was too tired to move and really just needed the room to sleep after long days in town. He said he was gonna check who cleaned the room and deal with the issue .and pulled the schedule for the cleaners. I said to him it's not just one cleaner ... these have obviously been in the cupboards alot longer then since the last guest.(brown liquid sticking soap to cabinet.). First morning leaving at 730 walked by "continental breakfast" and figured id grab a coffee on the way out . The big thermos had a couple drips left in it. As for food there was 2 packaged muffins and 4 of the same granola bars.. this was their continental breakfast I guess . I grabbed a muffin and left for the day . Opened the muffin took a bite and was so cold it was almost as if it came out of a freezer and was thawing. Also so dry I tossed it out.. day 2 breakfast was the same out of coffee and limited snacks. Day w when I returned to my room I found a beetle or bug of some sort on the bathroom towel which I tossed in the toilet after taking a photo. I goggled.it ..some sort of problem bug in the area that time of you called a stink bug. To me.. such is life.to sometothers they would have lost their mind. All in all for the price.. it worked. Would I stay again... sure I just don't expect it will improve. Checking out noone at counter but a number to call . Waited a couple of minutes answering some emails. And was about to call when a person arrived at the desk. They( wasn't sure if it was guy or girl sorry) asked if I was checking out .I said yes handed my room key and they proceed to go on about people with no respect and whatnot almost talking to themselves. The looked up and said oh were you waiting for a reiept I said yes please. While trying to print a receipt (printer wa sout of paper ) they went on about it bought so and so brakes and fislxed their car to be a njce person and i get treated this way....... I dont understand people .. then my recipe printed they it was like they switched gears handed me my recipt and said have a nice day..very strange person! After later reading reviews of the place it seems that issues here don't really seem to get taken care of and every response to written reviews is the same sorry for your experience this is not how we operate we will try to deal with the situation. So I expect to probably receive the same response as everyone else. If ya want a place to sleep cheap for a night or longer this is it. But you can't expect much more that what you get.. beds and linens were clean.. so that's the main concern for me !”
