“Called the location on snow an brookpark before making a reservation. Wanted to make sure of the guest policy. The lady I spoke with said everything would be fine as long as the guests didn't stay. I wanted to invite a few people for my daughter's 9th bday. We only did it at the hotel for the pool! Me and my 3 children got there at 3 ( we called and they said we can come an hr early) me and my 3 children was there till about 430 by ourselves. That's an hr and a half from check in! By 530 EVANS at the front desk came knocking on our door asking for $150 deposit! I refused because it wasn't asked during check in! She went downstairs and 15 mins later , I had a knock on the door ..was 3 police officers! They told us that she called and said we had 17 grown adults in the room! The cops laughed when we opened the door and seen the kids! But we had to leave after being there for 3 hrs! They're refusing to give me a refund and avoiding my calls when they hear my name! I've called booking.com , I've called their hr! Nobody can help me! I was basically robbed by this location and humiliated, and on top of it all .. my daughters 9yr bday was RUINED!!! I will never stay here ever again! I will never deal with booking.com! And the floors was dirty when I walked in , and it felt depressing in that room to be honest!”
“Love this hotel! It’s our second time ! We stayed at the one in strong-borough but this one is way cleaner, the pool is clean , The breakfast is awesome! The best thing is the yogurt and coffee machine the best , no dipping spoon in yogurt, The breakfast lady is the best she keeps it clean and stocked! Only thing they need to make sure bedsheets are changed cause ours was not you dont know who has sensitive skin. I love that there is no carpet on the floor . I love the shower it can be easily cleaned! Very good location! They never run out of juice! Nicely decorated everywhere!”
“I rarely do reviews... I had to for this place! The staff was AMAZING! From the kind person who checked us in (MY friend and I were in Cleveland for a concert at the House of Blues) to the attentive, friendly lady that kept the breakfast stocked and cleaned, to the warm/kind lady who checked us out! The rooms were clean and relaxing. Shower was nice and hot! Another note, the breakfast had meat and egg options, a pancake machine, yogurt, coffee, fruit and various juices. It was great.”
