XHIBITION: Cleveland Clothing Store Guide

This is THE BEST place in Ohio to shop for sneakers and fashion. They have the best selection and carry brands that cannot be found anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been a customer here for the last 6 years and I have never had one bad experience. I would 100% recommend to anybody.

If i could give less than one star i would. Employees seem to think its social hour instead of work. They did recommend their “in house brands” but those were just awful anyways. Save your time/energy and just order from Kith.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to recognize Tanelly for his professionalism and eagerness to help! He went above and beyond to contact the warehouse to get me the right size and ensured that I got the shoes I wanted (in a timely manner!). Super appreciative of his fantastic customer service!!

Very unreliable. I placed an order for an item from Europe and did not receive any confirmation of shipment. I sent 3 emails to their support@ email address but was ignored. I called the warehouse (spoke to Dana) and was told shipping will take place the same day. Still no confirmation email. I called again the next day, and later received an email ststing that the item is « unable to be located ». Is this the service you deserve when you purchase a $ 1’000 shirt? The laws of capitalism and gravity could only suggest that xhibition would be left with no choice but to file for bankruptcy in the coming months, at the latest.

A legit company should NOT be refunding items out of stock paid via Paypal with an ECheque, that means you have zero funding in your online account that I literally paid the day before. So you are withdrawing all your funds before you even check if its in stock?? Only teenagers, broke people, or scammers have to issue ECheque, not valid online retailers! And its still pending, how broke is this store? Or are you just fraudulent??? Refund your orders without making customers wait for the funds, damn....
