Our wedding took place in October 2023, and even now, two years later, the memories remain vivid - not only for us, but for our guests as well. So much so, that we’ve made it a tradition to celebrate our anniversary each year at St. Clair Ballroom - a testament to the lasting impression this venue and its team have made on our hearts. Carla and the entire staff are nothing short of extraordinary. Their thoughtful, personalized approach - from taking the time to truly get to know us, to seamlessly coordinating with our vendors, and guiding us through each moment of our special day - was executed with such grace and professionalism that we felt completely at ease. Saying “thank you” hardly feels sufficient. Our gratitude runs deep. The food was absolutely superb-beautifully presented, plentiful, and every dish tasted just as incredible as the next. Guests are still talking about the meal, and it truly elevated the reception into a fine dining experience. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests were cared for, and the seamless flow of the evening is a testament to their professionalism. Most importantly, our venue coordinator, Carla, was exceptional. She guided us through the process with such grace, attentiveness, and expertise. From the planning stages through the final moments of the night, Carla anticipated every need, managed every detail, and made us feel supported at every turn. Having her as our coordinator was one of the greatest gifts of the entire experience. If I have one word for our experience at St. Clair Ballroom it's Carla! She is just an incredible human and can tell she cares so much about her clients and the work she does. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the industry. When my husband and I toured St. Clair Ballroom, we knew immediately this was our wedding venue. From the very beginning, throughout the entire wedding planning process, Carla made it SO easy. She listened to what we wanted, offered advice, and was timely in her communication. From the minute we walked into cocktail hour, she greeted us with open arms and took such great care of us the entire night. She allowed my husband and I to do a first look into the ballroom to take time for ourselves and try all the delicious appetizers. All of our guests raved about the food! We were extremely impressed with Carla and her team. Highly, highly recommend!!

St Clair Ballroom was simply put the venue of my DREAMS. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning (allowing us to spend less on flowers and decor because the venue speaks for itself), but Carla was nothing short of top tier. From the moment we met her, she took care of us as if we were her only couple she was working with (even though she clearly dedicates so much time to every couple). Because of her, our day was PERFECT. I honestly felt like she was my wedding planner. She truly cared about every little detail, going out of her way more times than I could count to answer mine and my family’s questions, helping out with little details without me even knowing so I didn’t have to worry, reassuring me and following through on everything, advocating for me and my husband as needed, handling every situation with confidence and professionalism, I truly could go on and on. On the day of the wedding (as well as the whole planning time beforehand) she took care of my husband and I, as well as our families, as if they were her own. I am not exaggerating when I say our day would NOT have been the same without her. So many family members and friends went out of their way to tell us how amazing she was as well. I also have to say, I was so worried about wedding food when choosing a venue, and Carla assured me during our first meeting that we would not be disappointed. She was 100% correct - BEST wedding food I’ve ever had, and all of our guests said the same. All in all, if you’re looking for a venue, look no further. We will forever be grateful to Carla and the St Clair Ballroom!! 🤍
