Walking into Rosy feels like stepping into a carefully curated moment — warm, alive, and effortlessly cool. The first thing that hits you is the atmosphere: a golden hum of conversation under cozy lighting. It’s vibey in the best way; stylish without being pretentious, full of personality but never forced. The open fire adds a primal, magnetic energy to the space. You can feel it in the air — that subtle smokiness that makes every dish feel like it was created with care and heat. It sets the perfect backdrop for the food, which is nothing short of amazing. Each plate feels both familiar and surprising; like the chef has rummaged through his fondest food memories and then elevated them into something new. What really stood out was how both the bar and food menus played this clever game with nostalgia and curiosity. There are names and flavors that make you pause; that make you think; but when they arrive, there’s always that comforting thread of something you’ve loved before. It’s a rare balance between innovation and sentiment. In short, Rosy isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. It’s the kind of place you linger a little longer than planned, just to soak up more of the energy — the crackling fire, the music wrapping around you, and the sense that every detail, from cocktails to shareable plates, has been created with a touch of heart and history.

Incredible everything. Food, service, atmosphere all 10/10. Cannot say enough good things about our meal and experience. They knocked it out of the park. Beautiful space too.

Rosy is more than a dining experience. When a meal feels carefully curated it goes beyond just flavor it becomes story telling on a plate. A fine art! The aroma of this restaurant combined with great service and creative outtake on food, delivering with such great flavors. Don’t forget ending the meal with their “bread and butter” soft serve …. this restaurant is a must try !

When I first booked a reservation at Rosy, I was ecstatic. Forging a connection to our ancestors and our neighbors through a shared fire and communal plates is such a unique concept, and we were really excited to visit. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed and angry by our experience at Rosy. We selected the lamb course for $50 per person, and we were a table of 5. However, we received exactly the same amount of food as a table of two, for both the appetizer and the main course. In the end we paid over twice the amount per person for the same meal. This is completely ridiculous; at $50 per person the food was a complete ripoff. This unfairness was continued in the dessert course: two of our party received over twice the amount of soft serve compared to the other three. Instead of sharing a meal and leaving happy, we were left fighting over the last scraps of food. There were additional structural problems in the restaurant as well. The small plates menu was not posted anywhere online, and one of our party had food allergies that eliminated almost all of the small plates, locking us into the shared course. The setting was very crowded and noisy, and the bathrooms were located in a very busy and narrow hallway. There were positives to our experience as well: the food was excellent, and the hosts and servers were very kind. But the fundamental issues at Rosy NEED to be fixed. I hope to see positive changes from Rosy in the future, but I will not be back.

This was not just a meal, it was an experience. The attention to detail shines through in every aspect. The menu, the staff, the lighting, the music, the decor. Thank you for bringing this gem to Cleveland.
