First time here and a fun venue. On the river so nice scenery. Ample parking and seating on lawn if you'd like. They do have food trucks and concession stands. Clean bathrooms. Easy in and out.
9 months agoVery surprised at quality of this venue. Free parking with moderate walk to venue. 12 food vendors. Average quality. Not too busy and admission probably keeps the place relatively safe. Several other vendors selling various items. Sound quality very good. Seemed safe but…
9 months agoWonderful relaxing evening. Plenty of food, although the prices seemed a little steep. It's a great venue for families or couples or just to hang out and the bands are always good. I'm happy that I had the chance to go while I was here in town!
a year agoGet yourself here and have a blast! Take a date or family here for a wonderful evening! Rocking On the river is an amazing venue for summer concerts. Just saw Wish You Were Here last night and it is by far the best concert of the season! This was my 3rd season attending Rocking on the River venue and I'm elated to go again. The beers are $5 and the carnival food is well...carnival food and its good stuff when you got a nice buzz going. At the end of the show there was 1 consession stand open selling Gyros for $10 and they were totally worth it. I'm a gyro connoisseur and host parties where I'll make gyros and these ones definitely passed the test of quality and good value for amount of meat and veggies and taziki sauce you got. Not to mention...it's the perfect end of the night snack after drinking.
2 years agoFirst time And it was July 4th.. band ok if your into that era. They've been around 29 years i guess... it's got a click.. vendors a little slim on choices.. Expected more but much better environment than a bar to watch bands.. Willl absolutely go again..
