If you come to People's Village Market and you are hungry stop at "Una Probadita de Hidalgo." Their barbacoa de borrego is the best in a home made tortilla!! Also don't forget to stop at "Chorizo Teresita," she sells her own home-made Chorizo, Queso fresco, and fresh nopalitos 🤤, you can find her right before the entrance of the flea market. Also, if you're looking for plants, hens, rooster pigs, goats, turkeys and a whole lot of stuff and you are close to Splendora, Tx., this is the place to come!
7 months agoGreat place to walk around and shop for some really great items, clothes, toys, food, plants, fruit, but the animals, picked up 2 mini pigs, and animals range from birds, dogs, horses, goats, lambs and rams oh my!!!
9 months agoThis place is a must visit! El Puerquito feliz is a must eat spot, I initially went to just eat there after a friend recommended the tacos and they did not disappoint one bit. I ended up staying and exploring other eating spots and buying random things. Great weekend spot but I do recommend you get there early.
6 years agoHad an absolute blast! Can't wait to go back! Super friendly, affordable for the most part. Lots for the kids and pet friendly.
2 years agoBarbaquoa is so good here it's the reason I go to this place. The family they wear blue shirts their food is the best.
