Penthouse Events CLE: Cleveland Event Venue Guide

Ursula and Julio made our wedding experience perfect. Our venue was "The Lantern Room" and the view was magical and allowed our guests the perfect view of CLE that could be offered. Not only was their food menu options incredibly tasty (crab cake, mushroom crostini, arancini, and pork belly bites), they gave us the ability to personalize our Bride and Groom menu to what was so important for us to have. Our guests raved about the dinner entree (beef short ribs, airline chicken, and vegetarian curry pot pie) and we got so many compliments of the food plated service and decore all of which was provided directly and a part of their package that PENTHOUSE CLE offers. Our tables setting colors, along with all the venue decorations came out fantastic, letting Ursula and Julio make the decisions on how to place and decorate yielded the most beautiful results that we could never have imagined we would have been able to come up with by ourselves. Having Ursula and Julio there to guide and manage not only our table setting, decoration, menu service, but also be our own personal wedding coordinator to come up with the timelines, print all stationary and signage, manage all of our vendors, and keep track of everything throughout the day until we were done saved us so much, and allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries. The included bridal suite that came with the venue allowed us the personal moments together away from our family and friends to make the wedding so memorable to us. I had an opportunity to work with Ursula and Julio for a business social I hosted in July 2024. A colleague of mine highly recommended their venue from a past event he attended. From the start, Ursula and Julio were incredibly responsive, helpful, and clear with their communication. It was wonderful to work with them throughout this process. We hosted around 75 attendees at their Ohio City location, the Cleveland Penthouse, which overlooks the West Side Market, downtown, the lake - it is beautiful. Their team managed everything including setup, food, beverages, and A/V, I just showed up with some signage which made the process incredibly easy for me. I can't say enough about how amazing the space is and everything you need is on the same floor (restrooms, bar, patio). When you arrive at the event space you immediately are just enamored with a gorgeous view. Our attendees loved sitting on the patio, but you get an amazing view from anywhere in the space. Ursula and Julio's team were incredibly polite and professional. The food and beverage selection was perfect. They setup a beautiful display of finger foods for us (fruit, cheese, meats, desserts) which was more than enough for our group. My attendees were very impressed and started talking about potential events they are wanting to host in the space as well. I absolutely recommend this space or anything managed by Ursula and Julio!

I had my bridal shower at Ohio City Penthouse and I could not be happier with how it turned out! Julio and Ursula took our decor idea and made it better than I could have imagined. They were consistently checking on guests and making sure no glass went empty while providing the best customer service. Guests came up to me throughout the event and made sure to tell me how wonderful the staff and place is. It was raining during my event so we did not use the balcony, but the large windows throughout the space allowed us to see the city skyline from wherever we stood. I cannot recommend Ohio City Penthouse enough! Whether you have a bridal shower, wedding, baby shower, or a party, go with them!

I had my wedding at the Lantern Room on June 1st. The minute we met Ursula and Julio we knew this was our venue. They were so warm and inviting. Everything from the initial meeting, the Menu Tasting to the very end of the reception was amazing. Ursula understood my vision perfectly for the venue and it was just beautiful. We stayed at the bridal Suite the night before and the night of our wedding this was a huge plus! I didn’t worry about anything. Ursula repeatedly calmed me and said let us take care of you. My guests loved the venue, and many said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Huge shout out to the wait staff who are also amazing! The food was also amazing. Chef David Ina is great-get the cornbread croutons. I could go on and on about how perfect our day was. 10/10 recommend Penthouse CLE Events. Thank you Ursula and Julio!
