Marathon: Cleveland Gas Station Guide

This is my local gas station. It's right at the end of my street so it's very convenient. Prices are average. The employees are actually really cool and helpful to regular neighborhood customers like myself. Last summer during my pregnancy when I barely had a $1 to my name and couldn't afford any food, the staff always let me get a few things on credit. I really appreciate local businesses that treat their regulars with respect and care. My favorite worker is the 3rd shift guy. As for what they keep in stock.. they keep all the usual snacks and drinks pretty well stocked. They even have a few frozen food grocery items that are decently priced. Their gas prices are comparable to the lowest prices you'll find in the city. A few of their pumps are out of service though. I'll continue to go here every day! 👍🏻

I entered this store, and the man working in there was playing a game on his phone. He didn't acknowledge that i was in there. I was ready to purchase my product, and asked him to put his phone down for a minute and he kept playing his game, i had to raise my voice before he would take care of me. This happened on September 14, 2024 around 7:00 am or a little after. Just rude and he at work.

The station is a tight squeeze indoors and spacious outdoors. Great convienance for the drop and go in cases of rush-hour. Their cans are large too, when it gets down to the favorite sausages, on the run! Yummm(/) public restrooms NOT.

The marathon use to have a good cornbeef sandwich it has really went down hill. Sent my boyfriend to get me a cornbeef sandwich meat was old and dark and didn’t even taste like cornbeef at all, they aint even toast the bread out cut the sandwich bring back the guy with the Dreads That use to cook many years to go at night or even the owner sons! Is this place under new management throw the whole restaurant part away only good for gas atp!

This is the second time this has happened in a months time, the kid that is there in the earlier morning hours. I gave him $25 dollars on pump 3 & he said I only gave him $15 bucks, that was the first time. I went there this 5/4/2023 morning around 4am gave him a $50 dollar bill & a $ 10 dollar & tells him pump 3. Goes out to pump the gas & the pump stops @ $30 dollars. I’m done with this gas station. Somebody’s gonna crack that kid’s head one day. His shift is all about that phone of his‼️
